It could have been more, but we managed to stop a check and stop the work. They also take down negative reviews (this has a 5-star rating so I hope they don’t realize it should be -5!), so you may not find out until it’s too late. We are filing a complaint with the WA Attorney General’s office. Do not employ them! No business license, no office location. Do research!

Run, don’t walk, away from any dealings with this company. Its employees were recently involved in a big scam of my dear 96 year old friend. Two men told her that her chimney needed to be replaced for $30,000 and that she needed to write 2 checks of $9,000 each. When neighbors got concerned about her chimney being torn down and questioned them, the 2 men drove away and cashed the check before she could do a stop payment. Mr. Velasco promised to refund her money over a week ago but nothing has arrived. She has tried calling but no one answers and the phone does not allow messages. Don’t let yourself be scammed. There are reputable companies out there. In fact another company evaluated her chimney since the fiasco and said nothing was wrong with it. Unfortunately, she now has to pay to have it put back together.

I hired Citywide for foundation repair, and they did an excellent job addressing the issues with my foundation. The team was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that there was a small oversight during cleanup, but they promptly rectified it when I brought it to their attention. Overall, I’m pleased with their work.
